This Privacy Policy explains what information Outlaw Performance Engineering collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, the service you are interested in, your modifications list and your message. When you call, text or email the shop, we receive whatever you choose to share with us.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to answer your questions, quote and schedule work, perform tuning and installation services, and follow up about your vehicle. We do not use it for anything unrelated to helping you with your car.
How contact form messages are handled
Contact form messages are delivered by email to the shop inbox. This website does not save a copy of your submission. Messages are kept in our email for as long as we need them for your service and our normal business records.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with companies that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, and only so they can provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and outside services
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. WordPress may set basic cookies needed for the site to work.
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and Google receives your IP address. You can read how Google handles this in the Google Privacy Policy.
Some pages include a YouTube video. The video does not load until you press play. When you do, it plays through YouTube in privacy enhanced mode, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Our site also links to our YouTube, Instagram and Facebook pages. When you visit those sites, their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email outlawperformanceeng@gmail.com or call (910) 363-7467 and we will take care of it. Some records may need to be kept for legal or business reasons, such as invoices.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through the contact form.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
